Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, company, systems involved, estimated manual hours, preferred meeting time, and description of the current process.

Values entered into the Manual Work Cost Calculator, Automation Opportunity Scorecard, and Integration Path Selector are calculated in your browser and are not submitted to CohesaOps. Files selected in the CSV Readiness Checker are read and analyzed locally in your browser; the file contents and filename are not uploaded, stored, emailed, or included in analytics. If you choose to discuss a result, only the summary shown in the contact form is submitted after you review it.

When you request a downloadable resource, we collect your name, work email, and any company or role you choose to add, together with the file requested and whether you asked to receive marketing email. We use this to deliver the file and to keep a record that the request was made.

Please do not submit passwords, payroll records, employee information, financial account details, protected health information, or other sensitive production data through the website form.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals needed to distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics also receives website usage and conversion events. We do not include contact-form contents in analytics events.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether a requested workflow appears feasible, schedule conversations, operate and secure the website, understand which services are useful, and improve the contact experience.

Downloadable resources are delivered directly in your browser; we do not email the file or a link to it. We keep the email address supplied with a request as a record of who asked for which resource, and to reply if you write to us. We send marketing email — new free resources and occasional operations automation tips — only to people who tick the optional opt-in box when requesting a download. That box is never pre-selected, and leaving it unticked does not affect the download.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. If we work together, the applicable proposal, statement of work, and services agreement will govern project data separately.

How information is shared

We may use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, spam prevention, analytics, and operational monitoring. They receive only the information needed to perform those functions.

We do not sell personal information or use contact-form information for third-party targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, CohesaOps, or others.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiries and related correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any recordkeeping obligations.

Optional analytics remain disabled unless you select “Allow analytics.” You can clear the CohesaOps analytics choice from your browser storage to choose again.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by emailing hello@cohesaops.com. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it does not delete a download record we are required to keep as a business record, and you may ask us to delete that separately.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the website or service providers change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
