You may use this website for lawful business purposes and to learn about CohesaOps services. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or use the contact form for spam or unlawful content.

Information—not a services agreement

Website content is general information and does not constitute accounting, legal, tax, payroll, security, or other professional advice. Examples describe possible workflow patterns; they are not a promise that the same result is available in every software environment.

Submitting a form or scheduling a call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Services begin only under an executed proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement.

Free tools and downloads

Calculator and scorecard results depend entirely on the information and assumptions entered by the visitor. They are directional planning aids, not quotations, feasibility findings, guarantees, or promised savings. Validate important decisions against measured operating data and the actual systems involved.

CohesaOps grants you permission to download, modify, and share the resource workbooks within your organization and with your professional advisers for internal business planning. You may not sell, relicense, publicly redistribute, or present the resources as your own commercial product without written permission.

Feasibility and third-party systems

Integration feasibility depends on the APIs, exports, permissions, account tiers, vendor terms, and technical limitations made available by third-party systems. Those services may change without notice and remain governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The CohesaOps name, branding, website design, copy, graphics, and site code are owned by CohesaOps or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written authorization, except for ordinary browser caching and sharing links to public pages.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties relating to uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of website liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CohesaOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of—or inability to use—this public website. Separate agreements govern liability for paid services.
